Located In a quaint little historic town in the Sierra foothills, just 50 miles east of Sacramento, Refresh at Sutter Creek offers a unique and special experience for those seeking relaxation and healing. 

The environment we have created for you reflects both small town charm as well as the elegance of an up-town spa.  Before entering our office, you first walk through our peaceful courtyard filled with flowers, foliage, a tranquill fountain, and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a picturesque view.  As you walk through the door, your tension should already be melting away.  You are now in our our sitting area with soft music playing, candles flickering and the aroma of essential oils.  Please feel free to help yourself to a variety of complimentary fresh brewed coffees, teas, healthy snacks, or to our signature cucumber/mint water.  Your therapist will greet you and take you to one of our three beautifully decorated treatment rooms for your massage or spa service.  You can relax knowing that all therapists on staff are certified, experienced and adhere to the highest standards.

Remember, you are always welcome to arrive early or stay after you session to enjoy refreshments and some quiet time either inside or out in our private courtyard.

Please note that Refresh is not a full service day spa.  We do not offer showers, whirpools, nor do we have a receptionist, however these sacrifices are pleasantly reflected in our affordable rates.
